Anime Movie Review : One Piece : Film Gold

Hey, guys...I know this is an anime review. An anime movie review to be precise but can I share you guys something? (Normally, I say no but I'm curious...) I was in the middle of making this review while watching Family Feud on YouTube...and I wanna share you guys Steve Harvey's priceless expression when watching this contestant doing an impression! XD This is the link. Go watch it on from that mark until the end, it's hilarious! XD I have been binge watching Steve Harvey's videos either it's from Family Feud or his own TV show, Steve TV. And I found out that it was already canceled after seven freaking years! Damn shame! He's a hilarious and inspirational man. Now, onto the review!

One Piece : Film Gold is the thirteenth movie of One Piece. It sets on about greed, gold, power, gold, status, gold, lotta debt and more GOLD! In fact, how about make this review gold, huh?

BAM! What do you think? I hope this doesn't hurt or strain your eyes...^^"/ Sorry if it did....I'mma continue on, okay? AMAZING!! The Straw Hats got an invitation to go to the famous entertainment city, Gran Tesoro! The city is a moving country, pulled by two Sea Kings. The whole city is covered in gold and all types of people gather there including Marines and Pirates. Meaning the Marines won't touch the pirates while they're in Gran Tesoro. With all types of games with gambling involve, basically the anime version of Las Vegas, lies a dark secret. Those who can't pay their huge debt, have to work off their debt for the rest of their lives. The Straw Hat crew fought the Casino King, Tesoro as he held one of their crewmate hostage in exchange they pay their debt in time.

This movie is awesome on many things, like I said in the previous review, their clothes are cool and on point! Especially when they all wearing the same black outfit near the end! The introduction of the crew and their bounties while they fight against the Long Long Pirates was pretty cool. Oh, during the opening when Tesoro and Nami's ex-partner, Carina, sang was pretty cool too! Tesoro is another good villain with interesting but unfortunately sad backstory with him lost the woman he loved, abusive mother and lastly become the Celestial Dragon's...you know...He thought to become powerful is by money and he can control anyone and anything with just power and fortune. That is until Luffy knock him out and send him to CP0's custody which is another cool thing in the movie and that is showing one of Luffy's strongest opponents, Rob Lucci! Man, I ownder if they will clash again in the future?

And Sabo lending a hand with Ace's move on top of that! Freaking epic, man! And another memorable and I'm sure a lot of people hate. It's whatever his name is (LOL XD) The guy who captured Robin and forced her to walk through the Gate of Justice (right?^^") That soundtrack when Luffy and Franky shot out  and they all reveal their outfits was cool, also when Luffy used Second Gear to save both Nami and Carina, tossing them to Robin while he gets crushed before using Gear Fourth was epic!

Overall, the music, animation and visuals, story including Tesoro and Nami, when Carina left her with Mad Treasure but ended up saving her in the end...I give it 10/10! Would recommend and watch again! Heck, I have watched this movie a few times already XD

Thank you all so much for reading this review! I'm sorry if it's a bit long this time, I couldn't help it. My fingers won't keep typing and hovering over the keyboard like I'm playing a darn piano! XD I hope you enjoyed anyways. And I'll see you guys next time, this is the last review for One Piece movie as I haven't watched Stampede yet, another great movie based from the scenes I watched on YouTube! Especially when Oda Eichiiro was involved personally along with his team on that movie, makes it more epic! Alright, I'll see you guys later! Stay safe!
